"We made an 8:30am appt for my husband and when we got there the doors were locked. There was no updated sign. The usually sign said they opened at 8am. There was a woman inside at the desk and my husband knocked multiple times and the woman just stared at him. Finally she let us know the doctor called out. How about next time hang a sign if you don’t want patients seeking out care at an urgent care and then you don’t have to get up from your comfy seat to tell them at the door."

I am so impressed with this Urgent Care Clinic - from the person who answered the phone when I called - to the person who greeted me and took my information when I arrived and through to the nurse who took my vitals and history and the physicians assistant who interviewed me thoughtfully and responded to my questions and concerns - every staff member was kind, courteous, professional and compassionate! I wish I could make this office my regular care provider! And, in addition to the wonderful staff - the facility is clean and comfortable and well appointed for kids and adults - with slushies or coffee available - and television and video games to play while you wait! Wish I didn't get sick - but if you have to get sick, I cannot think of a better place to get care!"
