"My dad had a seizure and ended up coming here for physical therapy. The staff is wonderful! The physical therapist, Bob, was great and when he met me he was so happy when he was telling me how well my dad was doing. The nurses and the woman cleaning the room was super kind to us and on the way out, a lady (not sure who she was) popped in and gave my dad a lunch to go home with! The rooms and halls were clean and well trafficked. There was always staff walking residents around and praising them for being able to walk a bit further than the day before. This is definitely a good place to bring your loved ones if they need PT or if they just need more help in their day to day home life!"

"We were so very fortunate that my 87-year-old mom was able to spend the last 5 days of her life at this facility. She had a bed near a window with birds outside. A social worker set up a CD player to play soft, peaceful music. On the second to last day, I met the social worker sitting and talking to mom (even though, by this time, we don't know if she knew anyone was there). They tried to give her food, water, and ice chips but mom wasn't hungry anymore. And every day, mom was dressed in different clothes. I must have met a dozen staff members and, to a tee, everyone was so friendly and warm. One day, when sitting with mom, I overheard a conversation between another patient who didn't like her dinner. The nurse asked if she'd like something else and suggested a PB&J sandwich. The patient said that sounded good and, in less than 5 minutes, she was back with the PB&J sandwich. Thank you Seneca Health Care for giving our family peace and comfort in knowing moms last 5 days here were so peaceful."

"My moms first night there. I will be filing a complaint with the justice center. My mom was taken to the bathroom and the aide was not very helpful. Getting my mother back in bed the nurse didn't reconnect my moms oxygen for a significant period of time. My mom has just had several strokes and has motor skill and vision issues due to them. So an aide failing to give my mom her needed oxygen my mother could die tonight. I sat on hold for 35 minutes and the nurse never returned to my moms room. My dad has been trying to call and NO staff will answer. This is beyond unsatisfactory. This is a matter of life and desth. Do NOT send your loved ones there."
