"I had an appointment scheduled because I am having hormonal issues and needed to do my annual. The appointment was canceled by the office three times either same day or a couple of days ahead. There was no concern that I’ve been suffering and needed to be seen. This is unprofessional and I was able to get in with a different highly rated OBGYN and made the switch. Very disappointing."

"Receptionist was miserable very off putting for a first time patient and visit!!!! the room I was in was filthy!! provider was miserable no personality and I'm never going back could not believe the rudeness of the receptionist as a person who works in healthcare daily I was disgusted with my first experience there then she refused to give me a Saturday appointment. Not one staff member had a smile on their face except the nurse that roomed me."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Rojek for 10 years now, through 2 natural births of very large boys. She is absolutely delightful! Patient, thorough, understanding, compassionate, well informed, great bedside manner. Over the years, and many visits, I only ever had one negative experience with a PA, when she told me NEVER to squeeze my nipples, while she was training someone else. (Very disappointing to teach someone the wrong way to do things.) Expressing milk necessitates that action and for my particular issue, my breast specialist, (also AMAZING) Dr. Crooks, said I was doing exactly what I should be doing to alleviate pain and avoid infection. Overall, every individual and business is going to have bad days, stressful times, miscommunication etc. I have been very pleased with this practice, especially so with Dr. Rojek and the midwives."

"I had a P.A of the name Jennifer Smith , she was very rude and judgmental also she is nasty with her words . I had to sleep on the things she was saying to me I went to my mother and multiple other people & told them the things this lady said to me and they said it was highly inappropriate & unacceptable. I wrote a note on the portal and nobody got back to me and if I didn’t call them first she wasn’t gonna have them call back with my test results because I don’t know maybe she seen my note from the portal . Overall I wouldn’t recommend her at all !!!! I was very uncomfortable the last 2 times I went to this obgyn !! My regular is the ONLY reason I won’t leave this place"
