"I visited WellNow in West Seneca on 1/6/24. I registered ahead of time on their site and scheduled an appointment time of 2:30 PM. I arrived at the location at 2:15 PM, and was taken in for my check up close to 2:30 PM. The receptionist, the nurse, the X-ray tech, and the provider that I saw were all very professional, very nice and took good care of me. I needed to have a chest x-ray while I was there because my asthma was acting up and the X-ray ruled out any pneumonia. I was given a breathing treatment and some medication to take home with me and told to follow up with my physician. I was in and out of the facility within an hour and today I am breathing much easier and feel much better after having the breathing treatment and taking my medication. Again, everybody at this facility was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very attentive. I would not hesitate to go to this facility again if I needed to. I would rate them a 10 out of 10."

"They gave me an ultimatum after I been sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. They told me put a mask on to be seen or you have to leave. I don't know about you but I thought this was America last time I checked. They didn't pull this stunt last time I was here. Not cool at all. Very disappointed. On top of it. They are offering virtual physicians to check you out instead of an actual person... if you want an actual person to check you out, you have to wait almost an hour."
