"Very poorly administered. Secretary is old, cranky and should retire. Not helpful at all. They will give you an appointment and then you will sit there for over 40 minutes just to be told that the Dr. didn't come and they reschedule you for almost a month later!!! So much for a psych consult. 3 appointments out of 4 were a complete waste of time since the first 2 the interpreter didn't show up, and the last one neither the DR. or the interpreter showed up. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend, especially if you are looking for mental health, they will drive you crazier than when you fist arrived to look for help in the first place. My family will be looking for another doctor."

"I was given a list by my doctor of counselors/therapists to contact to seek professional help. I called and spoke to a lady on the phone and she refused to provide me with any information because my doctor is in the “Madison county area.” She was very rude and unprofessional. This place is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."
