"I was divorced after many years in an abusive narcissistic relationship. Sacred Healing Hearts Center has done more for me than words can say. My session have helped me learn my self worth and love myself. I have learned how important boundaries are and have been taught tools to help me deal with my emotions. Charlene has been like an angel on earth for me. I was struggling and had a difficult time remembering my appointments or if I seemed extremely low Charlen has gone above and beyond to follow up with me. She always knows the exact thing to say to make me feel better. When I exit my appointment I feel empowered and ready to face the world. Thank you for teaching me my worth and giving me my life back. I strongly recommend Sacred Healing Heart Center. People drive from hours away to go here. I am so grateful to have found this place. My counselor is a published author and her book on love and loss is beautiful. Thank You"

"I’m a disabled veteran and my family is covered by Medicaid and ChampVA, the owner/therapist Charlene told my wife that she accepts both. Well, after a few months of taking our Autistic son there she tells my wife that her claims were being denied and she hasn’t been paid for the prior sessions. So my wife looked into it and was told by both providers that Charlene was trying to charge Medicare when she should have been charging ChampVA first and Medicaid for anything that ChampVA didn’t cover. Easy fix right? All she has to do at this point is to redo those denied claims and send them to ChampVA to get paid, but she refused… Instead, she decided to drop my son as a patient and to send the denied claims to collections. We called ChampVA and tried to get her paid ourselves but could not, and we tried to reason with her and she ignored us. We made every attempt to fix the situation and get her paid but she made zero effort and the collection agency kept coming for us so we eventually paid the collection agency to avoid it from affecting our credit scores. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR BUSINESS."

"My first appointment was a week ago and she didn't show up, call to schedule an appointment, or call to apologize. Horrible service."
