Central Square Urgent Care

"I was dreading the wait, But to my surprise, out in 1/2 hr. Nurse I saw was very friendly, great job. Now let’s hope the meds work."

"I intended to make a visit to this urgent care. It was close to their closing time so I called to be sure they accepted patients up until the 8:00 pm closing time. The person asked why I was coming and informed me they had no x-ray (which I did not need but was appreciative that she would mention this). I was told they lock the doors at 8pm and if I was there and signed in before 8, I would be seen. I told her I would see her shortly. I arrived at 7:52 and the doors were locked. I saw someone sitting at the desk so I called. Someone picked up and then hung up the phone. I called back, the answering machine message picked up (which indicated they were open until 8pm). I knocked on the window and the person inside saw me and got up. I thought she was coming to the door. She did not. I called again. Someone picked up and hung up. I called again, this time someone answered. I told her I called and was told if I was there by 8 I would be seen. The person said, "The provider has already left, you cannot be seen." I had driven 40 minutes to get there. I had called ahead. They could have told me when I called that I could not be seen. I find the whole thing extremely unprofessional not to mention maddening. They knew I was coming. My impression is that they purposefully locked the doors before I got there, hid and ignored the phone calls I was making and either lied about the provider leaving or the provider was unethical in leaving before the center closed. In fact, they all seemed unethical to me. I needed medical attention and relied on them for this (isn't this their purpose?) especially since I called ahead just to be sure they were still taking patients. They could have said no if they wanted an early night!"

"Very Professional, and care about your health. and they always make sure you are satisfied with the care they give. They make sure you understand the care you need after leaving to further taking care of yourself at home. You can always come back if any more changes in your health. I Love this place. I Live in Liverpool it's well worth the drive. I will always prefer this place over any other Urgent Care facility."

"Staff was helpful and wasted no time seeing, treating and releasing my daughter. The experience level and efficiency of the staff showed and was greatly appreciated! With a normal hour and a half wait time up to 3 hours any where you go. It was nice to be in and out in the time it takes just to get seen everywhere else."

"I was unable to get into my primary care physician for a sick visit. Urgent care in Central Square was clean, friendly staff and I was able to be seen. Wait time was longer than I hoped, but I feel like that is to be expected with Urgent Care. I would recommend and go back if necessary"
