"I have been going to Dr Saini's office for years now but every year/day that passes I realize how lucky I am and how good their customer service really is. Dr Saini is a great Doctor and I am lucky to have him. Of course there is the FACT that he is knowledgeable, but just as important he is very patient and kind. These are not common attributes found in the medical community in 2023. There is also the FACT that he has surrounded himself with a staff that is just as professional, talented and kind as he is. Lynda is ALWAYS a welcoming (and happy) person to greet you and get you signed in and she always goes the extra mile to help you with referrals and test . She makes every customer feel welcome and appreciated. Amy is Dr Saini's nurse and she is excellent and has great follow through on scripts and medical test needed. Last and not least, Sundee keeps everything running smooth and gets you on you way as quickly as possible. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face. You get the sense that they are all happy to be there and are content with their careers . This quality of customer service is so rare in a post pandemic world. "I was a patient with this office for many, many years dating back to Dr. Nanavati's tenure at the Baldwinsville office. Unfortunately he moved to the Fulton office and that was too far for me to go for visits. I stuck it out with Northway even after bad experiences with other personnel there. I eventually connected with Dr. Saini and have been seeing him regularly for many years... Sadly though I recently had to cut ties with them after they charged me for something they could not perform. My last visit to them was for a very specific test to be done. Upon arrival the Dr. stated that the kits he had were expired and "good news, we cannot do this today". I went on my way without any real concern and knew at some point we would get it taken care of. To my surprise about a week later I received a bill in the mail for a office visit! I contacted the office immediately to question this charge and the staff was less then helpful. She checked with everyone in the office that had any authority and advised that the charge stands and it was considered a office visit. I politely advised again that this should not constitute a office visit.. I was not due for my "follow up" appt for nearly 6 more months.. The only reason I came was to have a test done that was not and could not be done that day. I still am in disbelief that for as long as I had been going there and the relationship I had with Dr. Saini that they would even consider charging for this "visit" and then steadfast about not waiving the fee. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I cancelled my future appt and advised I would not be back! Good doctors are hard to find and frankly I wasn't looking. I just think this is very bad business and to lose a patient over something that seems so obvious, is poor customer service as well!!"
