"The tasks I asked of them were not completed correctly. Luckily, the computer does still work. Unfortunately, the tasks they did do had put permanent errors on the two drives I had service done on. I also paid for a cleaning, and the cleaning was very mediocre. To grow, I would suggest having all employees write or type the request down. That way, the request can be accurately relayed to everyone involved in the process. I think the trail of my fix got changed from person 1 to person 2."

"I took my laptop in for a deep cleaning. The price quoted was reasonable. After about 4 days I was informed that my hard drive was probably failing. They cloned and installed a solid state drive and added 2 GB (at no additional cost). My computer seems to be working quite well. It's much faster than before. Although I ended up paying a little more than twice what I was expecting, I've been assured my computer will work much better from here on out. Matt and Ken were helpful and patient with me in explaining all aspects of the work they did."
