"Does-not really know situation and does not want to know, Manager Moore judgmental towards ethnic community. Take classes here at your own risk with racism, prejudments and unhappy souls management."
"My 4 year old loves her instructor. They are great teachers and always friendly. Great place to bring your child to learn how to swim!"
"My 5 year old usually goes to this swim center. She’s very shy and never complains. Today was the first time I took my 2 year old to mommy and me and the pool was literally freezing. My daughter was shaking vigorously and her lips were turning blue. I tried to warm her up and swim but after about 5 min I couldn’t even handle it. The instructor was saying it’s ok just jump around a little. I’m sorry but if I’m paying ridiculous money for a mommy and me class. My toddler shouldn’t have to jump around to get warm. The water should be comfortable. I came out of the water after 5 min and dressed her and went to speak to the people in the office and they were rude. Very rude. Convincing me the water is 86 and it’s the weather “outside” that’s making it seem colder than it really is. This please is ridiculous. I asked my older one if the water is always cold, her response was well sometimes it’s warm but sometimes it’s cold. It’s inappropriate for them to not pay attention to the actual temperature of the water when they have children in there."
"Horrible, very uneducated and very unprofessional life guard. Bharat a life guard who works there as the life guard is the most unethical and very uneducated and very very unprofessional rude employee there. I have no idea why he’s working there or better why they would let him work there. VERY VERY RUDE! After today if I were a parent letting my child swim there I’d not trust it with him no matter even if you are watching from the outside of the window. I have paid $45 for a 30 min class and he without valuing any of this said “get out “ to me screaming in front of all this children. Even when I have asked so calmly for him to lower his voice and not to scream he just lost it. He don’t know how to TALK, TREAT, and value his job. If he’s working as a life guard in a kids swim class he should be well educated enough to show the childrens how to behave or talk. It’s so sad to see what kind of employee a wonderful place would hire. He was saying he is a board of directors of that place and he has all the right to yell at me and to tell me to take my child and leave. And I wonder how unethical a board of member could be. Just amazing. “BHARAT” keep this name in your mind if you let your child swims there. He’s the most useless, rude, and very unprofessional guy you’d see. Will never let my child swim there. I’d suggest no one let their child swim there."
"Horrible experience! Incompetent and rude “lifeguard” on duty - Barat!! We did a trial class today. My son was about to slip several times while the teacher was busy swimming with the other kid. I am not blaming the teacher in this case since the set up of having 2 toddlers at the same time is horrible for this age to begin with but since parents are not allowed inside, I expect the so called lifeguard to be there and help in times of neccessity. I ran to help my child and was told in a really rude manner “parents are not allowed here”. Yet this guy was nowhere to be found. In addition, we paid for 30min and my son was barely allocated 10. I am not sure what you can “teach” in 10min other than how to dip your toes in the water!!! Lastly, the premises are super old and unsanitary. Avoid this place at all costs!! It is not a safe place for our children."
