When I walked out, the feeling I left with was that of honesty and integrity. The owner was down to earth, easy to deal with and in the end didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, or up charge me for work that also in the end wasn't even possible. "I was very impressed as usual with Chuck. I had an old computer that wacessary pretty much useless. A quick diagnosis was done that proved the hard drive was shot. I was contacted immediately, and had already been given options on how to move forward. I chose to buy one of his laptops in his shop. Chuck set up a date and came to our house and cleaned out all unnecessary wires etc. The new one was installed and was helped with getting a hands on " how to" as it was being done.
