Empower Martial Arts, located at 133 Main Street in Geneseo, New York, is not just a gym, but a place where individuals come together to improve their physical and mental well-being. We recently participated in our very first tournament and were honored to win the title of “Most Supportive School” - a true testament to the close-knit family atmosphere we have cultivated.

Our dedicated EmPower Senseis recently showcased their skills at the Kyokushin American – International Karate Championships, where they competed against participants from six different countries, spanning all ages and ranks. Sensei Smith and Sensei Olivia both put on impressive performances, with Sensei Smith taking home silver in empty hands and weapons kata, while Sensei Olivia secured silver in weapons kata and fourth place in empty hands kata.

Not sure if your kid will like it? Ask about a trial class they let our son sit in a class or 2 before we decided to enroll. Good people small business nuff said=)"

"I started Cardio Kickboxing classes 2 months ago and I'm hooked! I love the exercise aspect mixed with learning the Kickboxing moves. It's so fun kicking and punching the pads! The instructors are very nice and make me feel comfortable. The other people in the clas are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every class has been a great work out. I highly recommend you check out a class! You will feel welcomed!"

"My son has been taking classes for about a year and has gained so much confidence in that time. The Sensei’s are patient while instilling discipline and respect. He has ranked twice already and loves every minute. Bonus- They host birthday parties (including setup/ cleanup!!). They are in the midst of expanding the studio, and there is a beautiful room in the back we were able to use in between a ninja adventure and samurai show…We had 18 kids under 7 and several parents, and It was perfect. Would be great for a shower or private party! Highly recommend for so many reasons!"
