"I would not recommend. MARY WEST ONE OF THE TAX PREPARERS was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL She hung up the phone on me. She Made my appointment in Warsaw, when I live in batavia. Why would I schedule my appointment in Warsaw when I live in batavia and I'm disabled. Then she told me I had to reschedule my appointment that day after I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT ALL because she doesn't know how to schedule appointments correctly! She also hung up on me when I told her this. It's common sense obviously something she don't have. I told her I will not make an appointment with HER ever again. I called the Tonawanda office to file a complaint and they helped me and apologized for her bad behavior. I just sent everything through the mail TO the FOR MY TAXES. SO THEY DID MY TAXES AND WERE FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING, AND PROFESSIONAL. Also another person I know went there the other day in person in batavia location for an appointment. HE SAID MARY WEST WAS VERY RUDE! SHE WAS MAD CUZ HE WALKED IN WHEN ANOTHER PERSON WAS COMING OUT HELD THE DOOR OPEN FOR HIM TO WALK IN. SHE SAID WITH A ATTITUDE AND RUDELY HOW DID U GET IN HERE?!?! THE DOOR IS SUPPOSED TO BE LOCKED!!!! HE SAID THE PERSON HELD IT OPEN FOR ME , MAYBE IF SHE WAS PAYING ATTENTION SHE WOULD KNOW INSTEAD OF COMING RUDELY TO PAID CLIENTS. THAT PERSON WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER EVER AGAIN ALSO! PLEASE SPEAK WITH THIS WOMAN MARY WEST IF SHE CANT SPEAK NICELY TO PAID CUSTOMERS AND DO HER JOB RIGHT THEN SHES IN THE WRONG PROFESSION! U JUST LOST TWO PAID CUSTOMERS THATS BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!"

"Won’t go back ever again. I went to sign two days before tax deadline. Front door of building was locked. Called corporate and spoke to Janet who was going to look into reason. NEVER called me back. Was about to do my own taxes. Got a call from Jim at the local office soon after saying he was there. I made another apt. Happy with Jim but not corporate. After this incident, I contacted corporate twice to voice my complaint. No reply to both."

"Hello all, This was our 3rd year with EG Tax Batavia office, we requested Collin as we had a new twist that could have cost us thousands if we didn't use the best. Collin was absolutely amazing he knew his tax law and how they were applicable to our specific situation. I never thought i would say or even write a review about having my taxes being done, this was different.
