"The director, Cherice, is not a person of kindness or compassion. Since my son started going there, they have complained about his behavior, even threatened to have him kicked out, but failed to ever write up any incident reports. I went out of my way to have him evaluated as a way to help and they still complain. They have sent him home to me with no diaper/underwear on and on a separate occasion have sent him home to me with underwear full of poop. The director has no problems putting words in your mouth, which is extremely unsettling. And the director has no problem with sharing your personal information with others which is a huge invasion of privacy. She has threatened to sue me because I’m a few payments late, and after making a payment this week for my son, kicked him out of the center anyway."

"Cherice (the Director) is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. We heavily researched 6 other daycare options & Brierwood is clearly the best. The staff has all been onboard for many years. This was the cleanest, safest & most professional layout of any daycare that we visited. She actually said: "we are not here to get rich. we truly care and want that to show.""

"Well... I *had been* considering looking for an opening at the William and Aurora location, until I called 206-2510 like the website stated. I politely asked about an.opening and the girl who answered was quite obviously annoyed. She said "ugh. Are you looking for the William Aurora location? Because you need to call their direct number..." and rattled it off so quickly I didn't catch it. I could tell she was annoyed, so I began to apologize and explain I got the number from the website. She said "oooh-kay then." I tried to ask agaim for the number, but she'd already hung up. Unbelievable. If this is how y'all behave, I would NEVER allow you near my child. Thanks for helping me rule you out quickly!"
