"I’ve never in my life been to a staples with such poor customer service. Wow. I watched an elderly woman struggle with sending a fax and the staff member did nothing to help her. Then, I went to print a label and the machine charged me and it didn’t print the label only the link of the email. There was no print preview available. When I told staff they had no suggestions to amend the issue. Never again."

"Bigger lady helped me out today and she was so snarky and rude the whole entire time. She never let me finish saying what I needed to say before cutting me off and practically telling me she can’t help me. She was so rude I ended up walking out, first time in staples and never going back to this location because of rude women"
