"Never been to any hospital where I was treated as poorly. Was not given supplements because I literally could not eat the food provided due to dietary restrictions and was ripped off a medication at warp speed and kicked out the door before I actually get sick from it. Splendid experience. Anyone in need of medical assistance or detox should avoid this hospital at all costs."
"Worst ambulance team! My husband and I call 911 yesterday because he wa having a panic attack and the people who showed up at the ambulance were NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. They were making jokes, talking super loud, making my husband more anxious! The woman there took his blood pressure and said WOOOOW 150 no wonder why you are having a panic attack! Instead of calming my husband they were treating this situation as a total JOKE!! I’m going to the hospital this week and make my claim. THEY NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL. Worst experience EVER!! We are definitely changing our primary doctor! Even if we have to drive to canton or Potsdam!"
"Please never go to any of the hospitals in St. Lawrence Health System, they're all horrible with absolutely subhuman Care; Management doesn't care. If you want to stay alive choose another Health System. Malpractice is everywhere."
"A few month ago I had to go to get my teeth checked out cause they were infected. They let my S.O. come in with me. This time we went there cause we both have flu like symptoms but he couldn’t come with me cause he was a visitor ? No he wasn’t he was also sick. So I don’t recommend this hospital at all. Honestly they are useless. I would give it 0 stars if I could that’s how horrible it was."
