"Do NOT send your child here. I worked here in my late teens and had a horrible experience. I remember siblings who were unfortunately in foster care showing up to camp unclean, not properly clothed and insects coming out of the paper bag with their food. I complained about what I saw and was told by the owners to pretty much mind my business. Now as an adult with niece's and nephew's I still believe If you see that a child isn't properly being cared for it's your responsibility to speak up. Not sure of why they were removed from home but they weren’t being treated good where they were placed. The teacher that I worked directly with let me know that the owners were friends with this social worker. She said that she sends her age appropriate cases to the camp. That social worker was trash I pray she's retired. Cleary kids are just another check to this camp. Years later this experience still sticks with me. The kids were amazing! But they do the most basic activities with the kids, Like really basic. I’m sure you can find a better camp that does more with your kids. The pay was horrible but I knew what I was getting into."
