"My 3 year old son loves this Bright Horizons location! Our experience with them has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and I can tell they truly care about the children they are taking care of. From the top down. Administrative staff, back up care teachers, his 3K teachers (shout out to Miss Hillary and Miss Em), they're wonderful folks. The way they *speak to* and *look* at my son gives me, as a parent, comfort. This is has always been important to me because we've had issues around this in the past with previous centers. I'm very particular about how adults address Canon. But they've been perfect from the beginning...(Especially when he went through his "don't leave me daddy or I'm going to tantrum" drop-off phase.) Communication with the parents is excellent as well. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have, and they keep me updated on my child's daily activities. Overall, I highly recommend Bright Horizons NoHo to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child."
