"My mother and I walked in both for X-rays. We were greeted quickly with enthusiasm and a smile. Everyone was so helpful and kept us in the process together. My X-ray itself was fast, nailed it on first try. Mom has balance problems and was set up safely for clear X-rays. Warm feeling in a place that is also clean and sterilie. The best possible experience."

"I went to Lenox Hill Radiology for an X-ray. The staff was so nice and friendly, and they didn’t require appointments, so I went walk-in, and it didn't take much time. The first part of the review is the day that I did the X-ray, and I put a review that I was happy, but today, after 20 days, I received my report. I believe the X-ray report should not take this much. Even when I called them, they said it usually takes 5 to 7 days, so I guess if I hadn’t called them about my report 2 days ago, they would not have sent it by now, so I am really disappointed."

"Danielle helped me check in was so kind and helpful. Doreen welcomed me as well such a welcoming staff. Tracy the CT tech was so helpful getting settled on the table and keeping me informed when test will start and end which is very helpful when your nervous and when I left the office manager came to me introducing herself and making sure everything went well. This office is amazing and the staff was the best it’s hard to find people who care anymore . Thank you for everything!"

"Today, I walked into my Merrick Radiology Office. As in the past, the Reception/Check-In area so attentive without waiting. Thank you again for your smiles, expertise in handling my account and scans in the past and today. Being early, I was ready to wait but didn't for long and taken immediately. The technicians and specialists are such a pleasure and their special touch and compassion for their patients. I highly recommend LHR in Merrick or any of the other offices that are closer to you. From young children to seniors, like myself, they are the best."

Louis from the MRI center in Merrick was accommodating, moved things along smoothly, and was proactive in ensuring everything was done accordingly before, during, and after my imaging. He was kind, empathetic, courteous, and personable. Tara was very sweet and had a calming demeanor, which is necessary in these situations. I truly appreciate and am grateful that everything went smoothly. Thank you so much!"
