"My wife and oldest daughter went into the building upstairs while I had to run an errand with my younger daughter. After my errand I went upstairs. After seeing 2 staff members I approached the brunette. I asked if she had seen my wife and daughter come through. She looked up from texting like I had just spoken a different language and didn't respond. Then went back to texting while the other women kept her head in her phone. After being ignored I walked out looking for my wife and daughter. I came to a door and knocked on it. An older woman came out, possibly a supervisor. She was very rude in the way she spoke, telling me I shouldn't be back there and to go up front. I explained I was looking for my daughter and wife and that I was just up front and staff ignored me. Instead of apologizing and trying to help me with my concerns she told me they can't give out information. My wife abruptly came out and confirmed that she had indeed come through the initial entrance where I was ignored. I walked back up to the front. I explained to the staff my daughter and wife did come through here, and y'all looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if you'd seen them. Then another staff member justified their actions of ignoring me by claiming she wasn't sure if I was in the right place because I told them I wasn't sure. They could have easily asked for me to verify my ID and verify information or something indicating who my daughter and wife were. However, they, like many people working today, were more preoccupied with everything else but their job. My wife also caught the attitude and unfriendliness as well. To the older woman, if I wasn't ignored and given correct information, I wouldn't be back there in the first place. It doesn't take much to be kind to others. The receptionists, and the supervisor are being paid very well to work a low skilled job. The supervisor is also the problem because instead of taking responsibility she blamed the miscommunication on me. The staff should do their job respectfully or find another profession. I, along with many other people, are the reason they have a job, regardless if its by medicade or personal insurance. I'd rather make the hour drive to Durham than deal with stuck-up entitled women who biologically should be more caring and kind anyway. Ironically, these are the most rude people I deal with."

"The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zachary Smith always takes the time to make the patients feel comfortable and explains items in detail. I would recommend to a friend or family member."

"I like the doctors. But this place has gotten so huge that the wait time is ridiculous. I often have to take half of the day off if I have an appointment because I never know how long I am going to have to wait to be seen. One way to fix this would be to take the OBGYN upstairs and also make it for pediatrics or at least birth -5 years, since this practice serves all age groups"

"I printed off the wrong form for my sons physical, which I needed filled out that day. The receptionist was kind enough to offer me her personal e-mail, so I could e-mail it to her and then she could print it off! Not very often do people go out of their way like that. And, I love, love, love Dr. Komives and her nurses! They are always thorough and listen intently to my concerns. Excellent care!"

"This clinic is one of the best I've ever visited. First off, everyone is incredibly kind, patient and considerate. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and it is usually possible to schedule an appointment for the next day as long as you have no doctor preference. And lastly, there is always a nurse available to talk to you incase you have questions before scheduling an appointment or after scheduling one and still have additional questions. I have not had any negative experiences with any staff, nurses, or doctors. I think the others that have given the negative reviews might have used a broad brush."
