"Dr Reifkohl failed to get a medical history, despite my request to fill one out. He failed to take my medicines into account and prescribed an antibiotic that had adverse reactions with my present medication as well as the steroid he prescribed. When I called to relay the pharmacist's concerns, he did not respond. When I called 2 days later to say I was experiencing adverse effects, he did not respond. I was required to go to Urgent Care over the weekend where a new antibiotic was prescribed and an EKG was required because of the medication interaction. He also is not on the portal, so it's very difficult to get in touch with his office."
