"Finding the entrance can be tricky; so get here early. Apart from that 5 stars. The staff here were extremely professional. I came in for an examination and cleaning • and got treatment the same day. Dr. Lew helped me to understand what work I will need during subsequent visits. It was a weekend appointment ~ and they were very accommodating. I’ll be back in two weeks - to continue my treatment plan. I’m happy with how things went during my first visit. And I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for clean, friendly, and a professional atmosphere."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Kauftheil's for nearly 7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences!! He is efficient, direct and explains my options making sure I'm comfortable before we proceed. Should his and my schedule not sync up, I see Dr. Kasey who I love as well; she is an amazing addition to the team!!! The staff always make me feel welcomed; I actually have fun gabbing with everyone each time I visit and they lovingly put up with my dramatic entrance/exits :)!!!! Fabby, the Office Manager runs a tight ship, is always incredibly helpful and brings a warmth and kindness that is rare especially in a dental office. I have expressed that I wish her to stay forever and ever.... and ever. Most people hate going to the dentist and while it might not be the top of anyone's favorite things to do..... at least at this office, they try to make it as painless as possible. They stand by their statement, "Kindness is our Flossophy"."

"I love this dental office! The doctors and staff here are friendly, professional and supportive! I’ve never been so happy and excited to go to the dentist before. The office is so nice and the building is very upscale and well maintained. I love how I can go see my dentist and then be able to grab a bite right after. It’s very convenient and definitely looking forward to my next dental appointment!"

"If I could give him a zero, i would. Stay far away from Dr. Kaufteil and his staff especially if you have insurance. They will tell you that they are a participating provider of your insurance to lure you into his office. He will begin your dental procedure and bill your insurance company. After he receives payment of the work he started, he will tell you that your insurance does not pay what he charges and demand large amounts of money from you to complete the procedure. If you do not pay, he will not complete the work. He doesn’t have the latest dental technology and if you are getting an implant, he will send you to another location to get x-rays that you must pay hundreds of dollars for then he will bring in a surgeon to do the implant that does not accept insurance. He will show you travel videos to keep you from seeing how unsanitary his office is. Oh and let me not forget to tell you that he changes the name of his business on google to hide the negative reviews. Do a google search of Toothdocs Madison and Dentist on Madison. Go on yelp and see his reviews. Once you read the reviews, you will see for yourself. I have proof. Save yourself some time, aggravation and money and find another dentist."

"I am a retired NYC Employee and I visited ToothDocs for my dental needs. I am so thrilled with the work done by Dr. Kauftheil and the entire ToothDocs team. I've been to several dentist in my lifetime, however, I can honestly say ToothDocs will be my dental home permanently. I was treated by the upmost respect, care and patience from my doctors and their staff. I turn 70 this month and will gracefully smile thanks to the magnificent work of Dr. Kauftheil.
