"UPDATE: we called the number below from the owner and still no answers and a run around. They can’t explain to us but want us to leave a nice review… won’t receive that sir unless we’re completely refunded! ZERO STARS!!!!!! My husband started having visions problems and needed seen immediately. We got him an app at 6:45 pm. They immediately started calling that he needed to come in early because they close at 7 pm… yet they scheduled it. This should’ve been our sign to find somewhere else. He left work early to make sure he could get there at 6. Had his eye exam by a virtual doctor and then ordered 2 pair of glasses to get his exam free. He got one pair next day and the other was ordered with a delivery of 2 weeks. No big deal. Well the glasses made his visions WORSE . He tried toughing it out thinking he needed to adjust. We went to another doc for a second opinion and his prescription wasn’t correct, they said he needed progressive lens versus single(of course to get more money) as well. We called about a refund and they said no problem just wait until the second pair comes in. We went up there for the refund and the only gave us half and kept the $59.99 for a supposed FREE EYE EXAM! That’s NOT free! We already paid $400 at another eye doctor to get his correct glasses and prescription and then they tell us they could’ve rechecked and fixed it at no charge. If they messed it up the first time why would we give them another chance? I wouldn’t recommend for anybody unless you got money to waste and your vision to play with!!!!!!!"

"From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. Wendy (overseeing the front room) was so sweet and helpful!! In fact, it was Wendy (after too many choices and feeling a bit overwhelmed, I finally asked for her opinion - should have done so from the start!!!) who found "The Perfect Pairs" of glasses for me as I wanted both regular and sunglasses!!! BUT it was my clinical tech, Yulis, who was my Rock Star!!! When I made my appt. I didn't realize it was for a "Virtual Eye Exam". But Yulis impressed me with her knowledge, professionalism! She was sweet AND fun!!! I TRULY enjoyed the experience ...Both ladies should get a raise as THEY BOTH ensured I will recommend Stanton Optical (I hope to see both on my next visit)!!! As to my Virtual Eye Doctor... He was perfect! (He and Yulis worked so well together it was truly as if they were both "there" with me!) The Doctor was so patient with me when I needed him to go between "choices A or B" several times and then the "TaDa" moment was Perfect... And made me chuckle... He was spot on... I could finally see clearly!!! YES, I Highly Recommend Stanton Optical Monroe, NC!!!"
