"New to the office & couldn't be happier! Great technology & care for eye health. Front desk staff pleasant & efficient. Dr Gabby friendly, confidentia, thorough & grew up in the area! Eye wear fashion team [Tanner] off-the-chart fun to work with to find the frames best for my face shape, skin coloring & age. Highly recommend this team!"

"Their website says that they have Wheelchair accessible doors. Be forewarned they do not have will chair push button accessible doors. You can't get from your wheelchair to their testing devices without getting into one of their chairs so call first and find out all this out. Have someone with you to open the door to get into the place and also to exit when you are finished. I pray the owners never have to be in a wheelchair but if they do they'll probably get a push button accessible door. Let me update that would be accessible doors since they have 3 locations. besides that minor hiccup, Which isn't really minor, it was okay. They do accept Humana as part of the network but make sure that you stress that to them at the front desk before you leave or before you pay anything. Enjoy your visit."

"They never called when glasses were ready. But blamed me for not picking them up. Then when they called because I thought something happened and stopped payment on credit card. They got mad and sent a letter not to come back. I have been with Dr. Joey, for years, thought I would try his daughter BIG MISTAKE !!!"

"Got a comprehensive exam, Dr Coleman is very knowledgeable. Explained what to look for with exfoliation glaucoma, found a small scar from an earlier eye injury, and honored my request for a specific brand of contact lenses even though they had to order them for trial wear. They were also kind enough to have a written copy of my prescription ready for me upon checkout when I told them I'd probably order the lenses online. It's nice to go to an eye doctor that recognizes that you are a paying customer and respects your requests. I had a previous eye doctor in Atlanta that refused to write the prescription for the contact lens brand I wanted. I had to try each brand he recommended which resulted in multiple trips to his office so I could tell him what I already knew. Southeast Eye Group isn't like that and they respect your time. I considered ordering my contacts from them but they said I did not have an insurance benefit for contact lenses, only for glasses. When I called 800-contacts, they managed to apply a 150 insurance benefit and they said I could return any unused lenses at any time for any reason. Given I was sitting on an unopened year's supply with a different brand that I couldn't wear, this was really appealing. Couple other bits of info that users might find helpful: You can get an optic eye map instead of dilation, but it is $40 since insurance does not cover it. It's worth it though. Contact fitting is also $40. They will take back any lenses you've ordered through their office within 6 months. Their office staff will bend over backwards to get you scheduled (for me it was same day) and they are efficient and organized. Beth and Tanner are cool."
