"We’ve been to Brierwood on Spindrift and since we moved we started going to the Brierwood on Southwestern. Absolutely wonderful experiences at both facilities. Highly recommend! They treat your kids like family and it’s amazing to see their bonds with the staff."

"It looks like with location changes etc my review was removed so I'll re-do it. We went to the OP location, which it seems is now closed. My son had very mild developmental delays, he was a late walker/talker. The teachers were very young. He was routinely found alone in a corner at pick up. I went to pick him up early by surprise and found them midwalk on an extremely hot day, my son was hysterical crying, probably because even for a seasoned walker it was too much but for a late walker who literally just began walking it was too much. The final straw was the physical therapist telling me the staff literally told her that they didn't know what to do to calm him so they'd often just leave him to cry it out and sometimes it took "a couple of hours!" I asked every day how it was going and was told he had a great day, they never told me that was happening and as a parent, I absolutely should have known and it goes without saying no child should be left alone to cry for even one hour, much less a couple. There was, I believe, a room camera but positioned in the room such that we couldn't actually see anything. I also expressed he needed his food cut up and the teacher replied, "we're all CPR trained." I said I preferred it didn't come to that and he needed food cut up due to his delays. This was all unacceptable and I will keep checking to add this review back since they've somehow removed it. I'm still furious years later. I can't imagine they're better post-Covid, but I appreciate everyone needs daycare. I suggest popping in unexpectedly to pick up to see what's really happening."

"My two boys have got the best care and love in Brierwood. I never had to worried about them as I knew they were in good hands. Things like transitioning from bottle to sippy cup or starting solid food Brierwood made it so easy. I am so impressed of my 4 yrs academic work arts and crafts, he enjoyed everyday going to his class. Thank you Brierwood family"

"My kids were all set to go there, I had the paperwork, we had the days all set, etc and then I emailed asking about a safe sleeping regulation. Immediately after that my emails stopped being answered. I would send in copies of paperwork and had some final questions about how to make the payments. Heard nothing back. Finally I called and left a message. I wasn’t even called back, just emailed and the Director Wendy said that her assistant has accidentally filled the younger one’s spot without her knowledge. Which is obvious that my children were no longer welcome because I ASKED about a regulation not being followed. Oh and this was around a week before they were supposed to start. And then someone I referred to them asked about a tour and they were told yes. Meanwhile I was told multiple times that I could not tour due to Covid. Their behavior is so unprofessional and shocking."
