"We stopped on a random Friday with my four year old daughter. I think I may have actually had more fun than she did with the nostalgia of seeing images from my childhood in the glass cases. We did a scavenger hunt and my little one enjoyed running from puppet to puppet often telling me to hurry up. She was enthusiastic about sesame Street and loved that section. There's a section on puppets from the world and the main event is based on Jim Henson's life works."

"What a wonderful collection of fantastic puppets from all over the world. Family throughly enjoyed their surprise trip to see Rudolph! Traveled from NC to visit! What a thrill to see all the Jim Henson puppets and look inside his office and the mock up creative area where puppets are put together. As a costumer and novice puppet builder I so enjoyed all the details and everything about this visit!"

"Took my 18 month old nephew here to see Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. What a magnificent surprise this was. The puppeteers were amazing, beautiful voices for singing, and the set design and production was incredible. Young and old alike will love this nostalgic show. Kids 3+ would like the museum of puppets (my nephew was a little scared of them) Don’t miss this amazing hidden gem!"

"What an amazing place! As museums go it's small but jam packed with wonderful sights and sounds. If you have a love for puppets and Muppets you have to visit this place. Many exhibits and lots of great reading. It's a nostalgia explosion. Highly recommend for the young and young at heart!"

"We got tickets for Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer puppet show. The ticket includes access to the museum & making a stick puppet also. The show was phenomenal! Everything was done live. We didn’t have enough time to see all of the museum but loved the Jim Henson area. Can’t wait to see more puppet shows!"
