We followed her from her previous practice and can not say enough good things about her. She takes her time, she is kind, and she always says “I treat these kids like they’re my own”- and it is 100% true. She even brings in books for her pediatric patients so that at every appointment they bring home a new book; and she does this totally of her own volition! I would trust her with my children’s lives and if I ever do have questions, she answers them with thoughtfulness and respect. Also her CMA (also named Ashley) is wonderful to talk to and fantastic with my kids. If you’re looking for a provider for yourself or your children I could not recommend Ashely Hess enough."

"Likely won't be back. Came in for a physical and a simple form needing filled out for health insurance (literally just a summary of the physical). Going on 10 days after the appointment and I'm still getting calls saying "we need X measurement to finish this form". Three separate times now. I even went to the office once to pick up the form after being called and told it was ready...I get there and it's still not filled out completely. Husband also went to the same office for the same thing. 2 weeks after his appointment and the paperwork is nowhere to be found. Overall incompetent with the basics, leaves no impression that they can handle something more invasive. The search for a new primary continues."
