"Besides it taking MONTHS to get an actual sleep study scheduled. The lack of communication between the front desk, doctor, and patient is absurd and ridiculous. Always getting mixed answers/responses to basic questions. They failed to notify that they changed office Locations and instead put a piece of paper on their old office door. Was told that virtual appointment wasn't an option for the follow up after the sleep study because the doctor needed to see the mask given at the study, but doctor confirmed that wasn't necessary. Then come to find out they don't even provide you with masks fittings or order you the sleep apnea machine. They send you to the actual supplier where they get you fitted for a mask and machine and they'll supplier trains you on how to use and clean the machine. This doctor's office is a waste of time and space. If you're suffering from sleep apnea I'm so sorry, but this office will drag you along for months just for you to finally get actual help."

"Staff randomly delete appointments that you were waiting a long time for without any good reason other then they determined on there own you did not need to see the doctor. They could at least call you about it. Staff generally seems confused and unorganized. They loose track of things. Have a lack of training in their software."

"Novant Sleep Medicine has cancelled on me twice now after waiting months for an appointment. Both times because of the provider had "family emergency". Now they tell me that they don't even have a provider at this location any more. This is a disservice to Novant's patients who wait months for an appointment only to be cancelled at the last minute. It's also an inconvenience to tell patients they can drive to a different location in another town if they want an appointment or do a virtual appointment. Ridiculous."

"I visited the office about a week ago. When I am in bed, I need to assure that I get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, free of insomnia. In the past, medication has helped. What I got was a very diplomatic version of "straighten up and fly right" along with a few helpful suggestions on sleep promotion. 'Still waiting for any meds. they might prescribe. I will update this evaluation as appropriate."

"Unless you have severe medical conditions. I recommend the home study, though my tech Joey tried his best to accommodate with hospitality.The thin walls , and inconsiderations of the other patients and other techs ( Simon and Melissa) couldn’t compensate for the useless study and visit . When asking my tech before my study started to be switched to another room , because the room I had was smack dab in the middle of the kiosk. The other techs overheard and got offended and gave major attitude. Lastly the patients in the other room had friends over, like it was a hotel and were loud and coughing all night long. Sleep was never intended at this sleep lab. Stay Home or try another location, these tech were unaware and obviously didn’t care of my post concussion syndrome, which was and is the reason for my visit. Nor could they careless, actually before the assigned time for the end of my study, I was awakened to bright lights and a condescending southern hospitable tech. Simon made sure to bang on the wall I was staying in #4. While Melissa greeted her patients that up all night with such hospitality. Spare yourself another sleepless night and stay home or go to another location."
