"Brea promised to have a letter completed and sent to me and she didn’t do it. She doesn’t check her email even though this is a way she puts on her website to be contacted. She didn’t check her email for a week and didn’t respond to my insurance company causing me to lose my short term disability benefits and way to support myself. She used adult language during therapy sessions and then turned around and claimed I was being verbally abusive for saying the same words. She doesn’t have a real phone system and uses a Google account phone which she doesn’t check the voicemails on and it has no information on it as to if it is secure or who you are even calling. She told me she was available for me to contact her whenever I needed that she may not have her phone right then but would get back to me and told me to save the number in my phone because I could even text that same number. However, after no response to my attempts to contact her for 5 days straight, she tried to quote her office hours from the website, which she does not follow because she books appointments after those hours. She flat out lied to me and told me she would have the needed letter to me the next day and even wrote down word for word what it needed to say. I advised her the insurance company would be emailing her and the urgency of the needed letter and form completed. She asked 3 times the date it was needed by and then again failed to check her email or voicemails to make sure this was done. She tried to twist my words but the point is she lied and she unprofessional office setting and business practices caused me to lose my benefits and way to support myself. Instead of owning up to her mistakes, she took my uncontrollable emotion responses and used them as reasons to no longer treat me. She caused me everything and then tried to find ways to make it my fault. She clearly knew the stuff was coming via email and how important it was to my life and wellbeing. She failed me and then used my crisis response that she caused against me. She also practices and suggest herbal medicine in which she is not licensed or certified to do yet. Due to her causing me to lose my benefits and not wanting to treat me, I will now have to go through withdrawal and detox because she took over my medication management and then dropped me with no way to get my medication before I am out. I will detox and withdraw due to her actions as well."
