"I am to this clinic that the suggestion of a doctor I saw that the Novant Health Weight Lose Clinic. The Sleep Clinic ordered a sleep study for me to do at home overnight. I went in an picked up the equipment and returned it the next day. Now a month later, I am getting over $600 in bills from Novant for this sleep study which in my option was completely unnecessary. I have called my insurance, the Novant billing number, the Prosperity Church office itself and the Sleep study 877 number... I just keep getting passed along. I will never be again go to a Novant Health facility again, especially this office. I specific stated on multiple occasions that I did not what to do this study if it was not covered by my insurance. I told them this multiple times. And now $633 in bills I cannot pay. These doctors say they are concerned about your help and then saddle you with debt that caused the stress that is making you sick to begin with. I go to small offices to avoid hospital fees and it did nothing because according to the person I spoke to at the office, even though everything was done on the Prosperity Church office, the Sleep Study is considered a hospital visit... anything I was not told prior. She said when my visit was scheduled, the estimate cost was discussed with me.... I am 100% say that cost was not discussed with me because like I said, I told them if this is not covered by my insurance I do not want to do it. This is why so many people in the United States don't go to the doctors. They stay home until they are practically dying because the multi million, billion business called Health care will put them in debt to stay healthy. I will NOT be going to Novant Health again."

"I have narcolepsy with cateplexy and recently there was a massive shortage of my medications. These guys were no help at all. Took 3 months for my withdrawal symptoms to go away(depression, bad thoughts, etc). Lost my job because i fell asleep at work and couldn't even get a doctors note from them. After I decided to quit my medications and will self prescribe from now on. I'll figure this shyyt out on my own."

"Dr. Vaughn was friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure to set aside the time for any questions I had. The billing and scheduling staff are the reason I down rated this office. My address and insurance have changed, so I gave them my current info at my appointment. They still ran everything through my previous insurance and sent the bill to my old address. I called to have my info changed and they updated my insurance but still sent the new bill to my old address. I was also waiting for a call about whether I was approved for a sleep study for over a month. They said they would call within 3 weeks but never did. I finally called myself and found out I had been approved but no one bothered to notify me to get scheduled."
