"One medical has been an excellent health provider for me. This year I found myself without a PCP as my doctor stopped taking my insurance. That became the biggest nightmare. I needed a physical for a scheduled surgery and I began calling doctors in my plan and nobody was taking new patients. The doctors with poor reviews were, but even those had no appointments for months. Somehow I saw the advertisement for “One Medical” and gave them a try. Not only did they take me right away, but I found the whole set up, very appealing. I have been with them now for almost 8 months, and I’m very satisfied with the care they provide . Having a “health coach” is a great way to feel connected and having support all the time. Questions are quickly answered, and appointments or referrals given. The facilities also provide lab services, and both doctor and health couch take plenty of time to sit and listen to the patients. At this point, I couldn’t be happier with One Medical."
