"I have been a patient for 5 years. At Christmas I began extremely sick with a severe case of the flu and respiratory infection that was highly contagious. I was coughing constantly and coughing up thick green phlegm! When I called to cancel my appointment for that day, explaining how this illness had passed through my whole family, I was told that I MUST come in to the office or I would be charged $50! I explained that it would not be safe for me to enter their office being so contagious, since most of their patients were elderly, and sat in the waiting area without masks since this is not a Doctor you visit when you are ill. If these other patients were to contract what I suffered with it could prove to be deadly. They insisted that I would need to come in or be charged $50!! They have since sent me a bill for $50. This policy is selfish and evidence of a complete lack of concern for their patients health safety! I cannot continue to use this medical provider knowing that they would willingly take actions that would result in a risk to my health and well-being. If you choose to visit this practice, do so at your own risk!!!"

"This place is such a scam making you go in paying just to see a doctor after a sleep study to saw oh your fine what a waste of time and money. This is not our first time doing a sleep study and the other sleep doctor has given us the results by phone and not making us come in. But this place calls so many times making you think you are truly sick and to make an extra appointment to say you are fine and charge money just to hear those 3 words. It is inconsiderate to make someone come to the doctor as if people don’t have other important things to do. Unacceptable they don’t even send study to other doctors unless you go there face to face. Do not waste time and money It’s jut worth the service"
