Communicated well, he took videos to show me what was going on with my system and what he did to address it. "Jim Hill from Yellow Dot was at my house to diagnose an unknown HVAC issue that on two previous occasions, caused the system compressor to short out necessitating replacement and repair. During his visit, he concluded there were some fan speeds and other settings (in attic) associated with the unit that were not within industry standard ranges and/or needed adjustments…along with a few other technical items of which I won’t go into detail. Bottom line, he and the company were professional, efficient and got the job done. I recommend YD and am very thankful for the service."
