"Worst practice ever. If you ever need to get your records, they are of no help. My daughter is getting ready to join the Army and needs her records and they will not get them to her. I thought they may be getting better, but I was wrong. I will never recommend them and will make a point to tell everyone I know how horrible this practice is. I would not even give them one star, but I have to in order to post this review. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely the rudest office manager and check in person. Andrea has been my doctor for over 10 yrs. I have never had problems with her, but recently I have had a few issues and have tried to get answers with no luck. Next thing I knew my appointments were cancelled and I received a letter in the mail that I was no longer a patient. After 10 yrs and for what???? All because I have questions and get no answers. When I tried to call and set an appointment to talk about everything, I was told the office manager would call me back and never received a call. UPDATE... Today stopped in to schedule an appointment to talk with the Doctor and I was told by the office manager she would relay the message but could not promise me that Dr Simmons would call me. Not sure if the Doctor even know how horrible the office staff is in this office, but apparently I'm not the only one who has had problems. Just look at the reviews. Heads up if you are a patient and try to schedule an appointment, don't hold your breath, the appointment will more than likely be cancelled and heaven forbid if you need to see your doctor for a same day appointment, they will tell you to go to urgent care. My husband, my 2 daughters and myself were all patients and we will no longer be using them. Also, be careful if you want to use them for the Hormone Therapy, they just want your money. I would suggest doing your research and go to a doctor that actually specializes in hormone therapy. There is a good one in Cary and Pinehurst."

"Dr. Simmons gets 5 stars from me! She has been the BEST to my 88 year old mama! Every illness mama has had, she listened to me as her caregiver, and we made a plan of treatment together! We love her!! Now the office staff, I agree there is much room for improvement! Kindness and compassion needs to be their priority! During Mama’s recent visit, I did notice a difference, so hopefully the issues are being dealt with!"
