"At the start of the season my Heating Unit gave out and we were in need of a quick response. I reached out to Piedmont and they arrived within a couple of hours and informed that the unit would have to be replaced. The problem though was that the current manufacturer was dealing with supply chain issues and it would be weeks before we would get the same unit. Piedmont recommend a unit that had no supply chain issues and better yet, it was made here in the states. They also felt, based on experience that it was a better until by far. To date, that was the right decision to replace the old unit with a different manufacturer. Piedmont was able to get the unit replaced in 36 hour time frame.
