"Imagine your waking up at 3am to the sound of water hitting the floor, rolling out of bed to see what it is and feeling the water soaked carpet in your room. You then hurry to figure out where it's coming from and find out it's your kitchen sink on the other side of the house. You try to turn it off but it's the water line under the sink that's broken and you can't stop it. What do you do? You call Sharon over at Providence Restoration. She was quick to get a plumber out to stop the leak and a mitigation team to come extract all the water and set up equipment to dry it out and save my floors. She was epathetic to the issue and made sure everything was taken care of for me so that I didn't have to stress about what was happening. If you ever wake up to your worst day, let Sharon turn it around for you."

"I will start with the first contact with them, was fantastic came through when a previous companies' lead was very unprofessional and rude. Mitigation technician Corey and crew came out and explained everything every step of the way. Always communicated by phone or text, prior to coming out. I honestly would give 5 stars to all the technicians that came out to the house. Dealing with Insurance was no where near was easy, communication between Providence and Insurance was terrible, I blamed the Insurance company on that. BUT more than once I had to be the one to reach out to Providence for updates not concerning mitigation, there was no set communication about repairs, the process of repairs. I sent a final email out to all parties stating my frustration and received responses from Insurance, still nothing from Providence. They have since been paid in full, but no reach outs about repairs. So to be fair - 5 stars for mitigation team who showed up and delivered! 5 stars for the customer service representative who I emailed towards the end, concerning some issues with billing! 1 star for the team leaders who chose not to follow up with us, after being included on email correspondences."

"Providence Restoration was an absolute delight to work with! Jim our Project Manager stayed on top of everything and kept me informed . They are a one stop service which was exactly what I needed working full time. They took care of everything - the water cleanup/mold, taking up floors, install new floors, painting, drywall, moving my furniture out while work was being done. I could not have done this without them! Tony with Carefree Carpet and his contractors were fantastic ! Norman’s Paint and Construction - also wonderful!"
