"I had to order a part for my work truck. Part cost was $45. I got a bill for $113. So I called to get the break down. The shipping cost was $60. Sounded high, but needed the part. Ask the shipping store what it would cost to mail it, and the total was $7 and some change. Friendly service over the phone, but way over charged on shipping."

Gave me the good news that my "check trans" light was just a throttle adjustment issue. Hooked me up with a great towing company when I needed it. Will definitely use them again."
