Dale arrived as scheduled, friendly, knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed problem, had needed capacitor on truck, unit working like new again. Price for part and labor was more than reasonable. Dale knows his technical stuff but he’s also a great representative for his company. 100% satisfied."
