"First, we went to the big box stores but i wasn't happy with their products or manner of doing business. So, I started looking for local companies and found HLM Garage Doors. I made a phone call and spoke with Farren Stanely, owner and made an appointment for him to come out. He was there at the appointed time. He went over their options for Garage doors to replace our existing doors and placed the order. He even looked over our lift motors and decided they didn't need replacement and would work with our new doors The day of the install went smoothly. The install tech was courteous and professional and worked in a garage that was approaching 96 degrees during the afternoon. The install went well and by late afternoon we had beautiful and functional garage doors that added insulation and Curb appeal. I hghly recommend HLM Garage Doors to anyone looking to install new or replacement Garage doors."
"Dependable. Honest. Farren does his best efforts. There when he says he's going to be there. Completes the work when he says he will. Christian, trustworthy. Although I had a smaller project he didn't even ask for any money up front. Good luck finding a contractor that will do that."
"They were able to come out and fix our door the same day we called. He was very polite and took off his shoes before walking through our house to get to the garage. He also checked everything else and tightened up the chain and lubed everything up. He only recommended that we consider replacing one part - appreciate the honesty as he didn't tell us we should probably replace everything! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises."
