"I wouldn’t even rate it 1, if I had the option to rate 0/5 stars I most certainly would. Dr. Wayne is so rude, needs to learn the importance of proper patient communication and building a rapport with patients. He was rushing my husband for no reason when there was only one patient waiting other than my husband. My husband came back with a horrible tooth ache. Overall very disappointed with the experience, save yourself the horrible experience and don’t waste your time here!"

"Steer clear of Dr. Michaels, go to ANYONE else. During my first appointment with him, I had x-rays and a cleaning done. There were no other patients there, yet it was clear they were rushing. I was told I needed three fillings, so I made an appointment to come back to get them. When I came for my second appointment to get the fillings, I was told that I actually might need a root canal and that my insurance wasn't going to cover it. I was urged by the receptionist to make the decision right then and there, and when I told her I wasn't going to be making the decision that day and that I needed a second opinion, she became extremely rude and told me the decision needed to be made quickly. I decided I would get the two fillings that same day and get a second opinion on the possible root canal. When Dr. Michaels injected the novocaine, he accidentally injected it into an artery. While waiting for it to kick in, I became extremely shaky and dizzy and felt as though I couldn't breathe. They tried to tell me I was just nervous for the procedure, but when I explained that I've never been nervous about a dental procedure before, they became defensive and even more rude and nasty. I left without getting the fillings and decided to go to a very reputable dentist for his opinion. I ended up only needing one filling and no root canals. Dr. Michaels and his staff are rude, nasty scammers. STAY AWAY"
