"Called and paid in advance for parts and repairs to ipad pro with broken screen. Drove an hour to reach "My Phone Repair" shop after parts arrived. Left the ipad and was told I could pick up late on same afternoon. Had left the shop and within 5 minutes of leaving was called to pick up my ipad? Was then told only the screen protector was broken. No damage to my ipad. Then I was issued a refund of my money. I will never deal with anyone else in the future. A very refreshing experience. These people are the BEST!!! Thank you again Gavin!"
