"This dentist practice has no respect for anyone’s time. They take in patients who come in after you and have you waiting for 2 hours. Don’t make appointments for patients and have them wait for a long time and take in other patients after. 0/10. I am never coming back here."

"The place is only there to make money. They want you to pay cash by asking you to pay 5% fee of your bill if you pay by credit card. Waiting time is ridiculous and yes the doctor is very rough. When I went in, the hygienist have your insurance pulled up to see what is covered so they can take you for everything they can. I am appalled that someone is charging 5% for credit card processing."

"If I can give no stars I would, the most unprofessional office, as well as medical advisor!!! They make you wait three hours to prescribe you medicine and provide no treatment regardless of the fact that my mom who's the patient is in severe pain. Disgusting! Seems like Dr. Ravi has forgotten her duty as a medical professional!!!"

"Do not go to them. I'm not sure if the equipment was dirty but I went for a simple cleaning of my teeth. The dentist was so rough at some periods in the cleaning I felt like she was digging way to much in my gums. ( I had cleanings many times before while I lived in NJ never felt this much pain before).Two days later my whole mouth became swollen and I was unable to eat or hardly talk. So I call them to see if they can give me any advise and the receptionist says that they don't have another appointment until 4 days from now. I asked if the dentist can give me any advice over the phone or maybe give me antibiotics. They said no but I have to get an appointment or go to an emergency room. All they care about is making money."

"DONT GO THERE. BEEN A PATIENT SINCE I WAS A CHILD, I ONLY GO BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY PLACE NEAR ME MY INSURANCE COVERS. Seriously these people are "nice" but very very very unprofessional. Every time I go. I need to wait 2 hours from my appointment time to be seen. The office is very tiny. Waiting are is the size of 2x2 porta potties.Dr Sejal will be working on cleaning your teeth then go answer the phone and have you waiting fifteen minutes for her to come back. She'll leave you to go talk about nonsense with the other employees. And when she comes back forgets what she was doing and asks where was she up to. They're always changing dental hygienist so every time you go in its someone new. They will over bill your insurance for things that weren't even preformed then expect you to pay the co-payment. You need to read the bill your insurance company sends don't just throw it out like junk. You will see and find this dentist office doing very fraudulent billing. Would never take my kids here every time I go there's a child screaming like they're dying. Even with me she's very rough and not careful. Made me bleed excessively a few times. I hope she will become more caring but all it seems is she wants to make as much money as possible. I hate this dentist office seriously."
