"I came across Marshall Heating & Air via the internet. They returned my phone call within minutes and setup an appointment the following week. Brad (Owner) came to my residence and gave me an honest assessment which is hard to come by these days. He stated that our crawlspace was in typical condition in comparison to most other’s he’s seen. He also stated that it wasn’t the worst crawlspace he’s seen and did not feel it was in dire shape as I (the homeowner) did. Brad gave me a couple of options ranging from French drainage system & sump, to encapsulation with dehumidifier, to moisture barrier. He delivered the estimate and gave me a turnaround time which was less than a week. He and his staff came to the house and had it not been for an unforeseen problem with the footings, the job would’ve been completed in 3 days. They staff was extremely nice, proficient and very professional. They even entertained all of my stupid questions as I observed them work around the clock. After the system was installed, I noticed a great difference in the coolness and air quality in the lower level of the house. Not that it was ever bad but the crispness in the air made it feel much cooler in the house. Now at 72-73 degrees, the AC will run you out of the house. I wish I had installed the system years ago. Money well spent. Partial encapsulation, French drain & sump, thick moisture barrier and a dehumidifier. However, even though the system has produced exceptional results and will protect the house long after I’m gone, the thing that drove my decision was the connection I made with Brad and his staff. Most companies require thousands of dollars upfront to secure their services and lock you into a contract then get back to you as time permits. Not Marshall Heating & Air. They make you feel like you are their #1 priority from day one. What is even more profound, Marshall would not accept any money until the system was installed and I was totally satisfied with the project. You will not go wrong choosing this company. Marshall will always be my first and last call if I have any issues with AC/Heating or crawlspace repair. Excellent job! Dee Robinson"

I got strung along for a few weeks with appointments that weren't kept, promises for phone calls that never happened, and ended with a random unsolicited call from another HVAC company out of King. It would've been fine if they told me they didn't want to do the job - but to string me along like that is not professional in the least."
