"I've been coming here for years, and they're usually great but it was just bad today. I come in a little before 4pm. Always walk in because it's never too crazy. Fine. I wait about 45 minutes for the barber to get done with his current client. 2 guys come in and sit next to me, waiting for the same barber. Barber gets done at 5pm, I'm thinking I'm next. Nope. The 2 guys that rolled up were a 3pm appointment coming in at 5pm, and they were allowed to just cut in front of me 2 hours after their time slot. That is so unprofressional. Don't have someone waiting that whole time for them to have to wait even longer. And it being Sunday, they were closing after that, so even better. Do better."

Willy has been my barber for years, and he's extremely attentive to the needs of each individual client. He's also bilingual, so he'll understand you in English and in Spanish. You'll walk out of there feeling like a brand new man once they hook you up, I guarantee it."
