"They’re polite and nice but they can’t do women cuts AT ALL. Even if you bring multiple pictures of what you want (which I did). The first few days with the cut were fine but now that it’s growing out, I can see from my new growth how uneven my hairline is and it’s pushed back. WHY? I blame myself for trusting reviews here and their IG account, without checking for reviews or pics of women. I’d show you pics of my hair but I’m slightly embarrassed. Edited for the reply from the shop: My review is based on the service received overall. There were multiple barbers present and one of them had to actually help my barber with the simple lines I requested per the picture I presented to him. If any one of them felt as though they could do a better job that’s more aligned with the quality you’re referencing, I wish they would’ve taken over for him. Thank you for the offer. If I make another appointment, who am I asking for by name?"
