"I took my power washer to Milligans on 23 Mar for repair (wouldn’t start). It was supposed to be ready on 6 Apr. After several phone calls And no change in availability date I dropped by Milligans to get an anticipated fix date. I was told I was number 15 in the queue. Unacceptable so I picked up my power washer, got back my $25 deposit and headed to Dillman’s small engine repair. Don was working on a lawn tractor when I arrived and immediately started to fix my power washer. 15 minutes later it was up and running. What a professional."

However, I called Dillman’s just to confirm the repair time and estimated costs. The owner, Don, answered the phone and told me the issue seemed to be minor.
