"I 'm giving a poor rating. After calling to confirm an appointment for my two elderly aunts, and receiving a call back assurance from Mr. O' Riley , he did not show up at the appointed time. I messaged him to see why before rating him. He had lost track of time mowing his grass after a week long vacation. OK. I believe in second chances. He was apologetic and seemed honest enough. He said his wife would call by Friday to rechedule. That was last Monday 12th. This is the 19th. If our needs were not large enough for him to consider he could have declined on his call to begin with. Time Wise Odd Jobs was a waste of time for me."
