"This company is out to squeeze you for money. They will not sell parts to the general public. I have a cracked pane of glass in my door and they will not sell me a replacement so I am on my own. They will send a tech to look, and then return and install the glass. There are 12 screws involved, it couldn't be easier to do yourself ( if you had access to replacement parts!) Zero customer service. Zero help. Wish I could give them Zero stars..."
"Sprocket broke on my twenty year old garage door opener. I called Hometown Garage Door and they had a technician make an inspection within 1.5 hours. Came the next day to make repairs and Heith did a terrific job! He repaired the broken opener and improved the operation of my other garage door also. I highly recommend this company!"

"We were not able to open our garage door either remotely or manually. Contacted Sam with Home Town Garage Doors and he was at our home within 30 minutes! He had, on hand, every part needed to make the repairs and then went over to our son's house and repaired his as well ( this one needed a motherboard replacement)! Sam is extremely knowledgeable & efficient! I would highly recommend him!"
