"If you’re seeking help for depression, anxiety, or sleeping problems, research the benefits of a Fitbit 5 first before coming here. I found 10x more value in my Fitbit in a week than I have in almost 10 appointments at Saranga. Also, they do not care how you’re doing, they just want your money. I told one of the doctors I had slept all day after going on the new meds prescribed (3 days after having them prescribed) and the only way I could talk to him was if I scheduled another $175 appointment. My problem became worse after meeting with the doc but was expected to dish out another $175 to potentially not fix it? As a business owner myself, I can respect someone’s time but not if you can’t take 5-10 minutes of your own time to discuss my problems after they were made worse."
