AAA Best Auto Body

"Let me start by saying that if you have Allstate insurance and they recommend this shop DO NOT bring your car here. Allstate uses this guy to cut corners and keep costs low. I brought my car here and he kept it for 5 months without touching it. My car was kept under the train tracks. Finally after complaining to allstate he decided to finish the work but they didnt even disassemble the car. There were tape lines and overspray on my wheels. Not to mention that i had to wash the car myself and there were iron deposits all over it from the train above. I noticed that the doors were different colors so i brought it back. Also they were supposed to change the doors and they never did. They just replaced the skins and did a horrible job at it. Didnt seal or paint it right. The paint was peeling right away. So after bringing it the second time they painted the car again but this time even worse. They washed it for me the second time.... but it was already too far gone. The door skins were wavy. The paint job was worse than anything ive ever seen from maaco. He said he would order new doors. Why not do that during the 5 months you had it. So i brought my car there for the 3rd time for the new doors to be painted and put on. I dont think the new doors were put on. There is identical dents and waviness still. The inside of the doors were still not painted right or cleared. I care alot about the car it has 10k miles on it. I brought my car to a proper body shop and paid to have the whole side of the car refinished . They removed the doors bumper and hood to do a proper job. The bad bondo job that mikes shop did cracked so i had to pay for thqt repair as well. Hes lucky i have a lot to lose."

I had just gotten my new car when someone drove right into me so I was feeling very sad and upset and my experience with this shop was just wonderful. They had a rental car arranged for me when I brought in my car, they did an amazing job of making the car brand new again inside and out, they waited for me to come for the car late on a Friday evening after work, they handled getting the rental returned and Mike is having the car picked up from my job to have it buffed out because I needed to use it and he didn't feel it was finished yet. I thought it looked perfect. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work."
